Ingredients
• 2 cups of tiger nuts (fresh or dried)
• 1 liter of water
• Sweeteners (honey, dates, or sugar) – optional
• Flavorings (ginger, coconut, or vanilla extract) – optional
Steps
1. Soak the Tiger Nuts
• If using dried tiger nuts, soak them in water for 24-48 hours to soften.
• If using fresh tiger nuts, rinse thoroughly before use.
2. Blend
• Drain the soaked tiger nuts and put them in a blender.
• Add water (just enough to help it blend smoothly).
• Add flavorings like ginger, coconut, or dates for extra taste.
3. Strain
• Use a fine sieve, cheesecloth, or muslin cloth to separate the milk from the pulp.
• Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
4. Sweeten & Serve
• Add honey, sugar, or dates if desired.
• Stir well and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Storage
• Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days, as it spoils quickly.
